What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out by 11:00am. Arriving on a different ferry? Let us know your plans and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is breakfast included?
There is coffee, tea, and a range of organic herbal teas available around the clock, along with granola bars and muffins to help yourself to. It is a light, self-serve start rather than a cooked breakfast, so if you like a full breakfast there are lovely spots a short drive away and I am happy to point you to them.
Can I add a spa treatment to my stay?
Absolutely. Lisa’s in-house studio, Figs & Honey, offers organic facials, Reiki, Bowen therapy, and luxury pedicures. Mention it in your booking request and we’ll arrange a time during your stay.
Can I bring my dog?
Good dogs are very welcome. We only ask that they are never left alone in the room or anywhere in the house.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, by credit or debit card or by e-transfer. A $40 cleaning fee applies per room, per booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and you are refunded in full. Cancel within 14 days and half the booking is refunded. Inside 14 days we are not able to offer a refund.
